Made from a soft and stretchy rayon, this little number features a comfortable thin elastic waistband and is intricately detailed with hand-sequinned sparkly wave shaped beads and sequins. This little treasure features our extra special blue beaded jingle tassels *look closely at the ends to find beautiful raw stone beading*
